The Presidents are in charge of external affairs of the team such as communicating with outside parties like the University. They also serve as primary contact for any questions.
The Captain regulates the internal ongoings of the team. This includes coordinating classes and private lessons. They can also answer any questions for the team.
The Rookie Coordinator oversees the classes, teaching assistants, and syllabus for newcomers to ballroom.
The Competition Coordinator organizes the two competitions hosted by Cal each year. They find the venue, organize the competition schedule, and coordinate judges.
The Treasurer is in charge of all financial aspects of the team, from collecting semester dues to paying for competition venues.
The Publicity Chair is in charge of connecting Cal Ballroom’s Team and ballroom dancing to the community.
The Secretary is in charge of taking meeting notes and organizing all other miscellaneous aspects of the team.
The Social Chair is responsible for organizing social events for team members outside of practice to promote a fun and close-knit team environment.
